I’ve been going to Active Sport & Spine for almost two months. Dr. Ramani and Hector strive to exceed expectations! The treatment plan was discussed during the initial consultation. It is truly individualized, adjusted according to your response to therapy, and with realistic goals set. Between the physical and chiropractic therapy provided, there has been improvement (even during episodic flare ups)! Front desk (Liz, Andrea) to PT assistants (Cici, Javi) are outstanding! Started coming for back and tmj pain and I have to say I made the right decision coming here. Dr Ramani is truly amazing on what he does. From the beginning he took his time to listen to all of my concerns and genuinely seems to care on each visit, trying to find ways for me to be active without over doing. Also the staff are super sweet and friendly. Highly recommend.

A huge difference in my quality of life!

I’ve been coming to this office for a few months now for lower back pain due to bulging discs, and I can honestly say it’s made a huge difference in my quality of life. Dr. Ramani and Jason are both incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to really listen and explain everything, which I appreciate so much. Daniella’s acupuncture sessions have been the perfect complement to my treatment – relaxing and super effective.

The entire team creates such a welcoming and supportive environment. Liz at the front desk is always friendly and on top of everything, and Cici and Javi are awesome during the exercises – encouraging, helpful, and just fun to be around. The space itself is clean, warm, and inviting, and there’s always good music playing, which makes each visit something I actually look forward to.

Highly recommend to anyone dealing with pain or looking to feel better in their body. This place is truly a gem!

I am noticing a great improvement!

Professional, caring staff and clean facility! Following chronic back pain, I began visiting Dr. Ramani 2x per week. After a little over a month of consistent visits, I am noticing a great improvement in my upper/lower back. Additionally have been seeing Daniella for acupuncture following my sessions 1x per week, and she is great! I am glad I started both, as the two therapies together have eased my muscles tremendously.

From the time you enter the office you are greeted by a friendly welcoming staff. Location is great with a lot of parking. I will 100% recommend this office to my friends and family. Dr Ramani is the man! You can tell he takes pride in his work and makes you feel welcome. I first came into the office not knowing what to expect with my situation but within weeks I’m almost fully back to my normal self and that’s thanks to Dr Ramani. He listens to your thoughts and ask questions not just the other way around. 10 out of 10!!!

I don't need surgery!

I’ve been coming here after my rotator cuff surgery. And my other shoulder also needs help but these guys are so good. I almost feel like I don’t need surgery on my other arm. The doctor is second to none. If you need a solid place to recover or to just get aligned, I highly recommend these guys.

I cannot say enough about Active Sport & Spine. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and helpful, and there is always a high level of professionalism. The office is extremely clean, and is run very efficiently. Dr. Ramani is an extremely knowledgeable chiropractor, and such a kind person. He makes every effort to understand what is going on with each patient, taking time to answer any questions you may have, and making suggestions for how to improve symptoms. I have come here for more than one issue, and he has not only helped me to physically feel better, but has also connected me with other doctors when I needed help beyond physical therapy. Absolutely amazing experience! The doctors are so professional and know what they are doing, take their time with you to make sure you’re at full recovery! This is a legitimate chiropractor place not like those spots where they crack your back and your out the door, no no the professionals in here really take care of you as if you are their family. Super clean office, super nice staff, professional work, and very well coordinated. I refer this place to anyone! My shoulder pain has been decreasing significantly after each visit. And they are flexible with payments and take certain insurances! Thank you team!

They care about your recovery!

I was apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor because I’ve had bad experiences in the past and ended up in worse pain but I read the reviews and felt comfortable with Dr Ramani from the moment we first spoke on the phone. I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me feel better by the way he spoke so I decided to give him a try. I had previously had shockwave therapy with another doctor but Active Sport & Spine Therapy was much closer to home so I made the appointment. At first we started with shockwave therapy, but then I began seeing him for chiropractic care as well and after the first session I remember telling Dr Ramani I was so glad I found him and so glad I gave chiropractic care a try again! He is not like previous chiropractors I’ve seen before who were rough and fast with adjustments and made my neck hurt worse. He doesn’t just adjust you and send you out the door, he’s always looking for the underlying reasons why you’re in pain and works on strengthening exercises to help you regain strength and have less pain. Active Sport & Spine Therapy is an awesome place to go to and is a very refreshing experience. It’s a whole new and improved way to experience chiropractic and physical therapy care!

I highly recommend!

My wife and I both highly recommend this Active physical therapy! The office and the team are very welcoming. Jason is very detailed and has been providing excellent care for my low back/sciatica pain with improvement. Other PT places give us exercises to do solo, but here we are given the attention and being corrected, along with good amount of time. Never rushed. We are very pleased with our treatment experience and recommend this physical therapy office to anyone looking for pain relief!

I’ve been to a few sports therapy places in my day and this place has been by far the best experience.
